Despite reports that Lindsay Lohan, big sister to Ali Lohan, was released from rehab this past weekend, Dina Lohan put that to rest when she emailed Access Hollywood to set the record straight.

“Not true staying in Utah,” Dina wrote.

The 21-year-old star is in her third rehab stint and has been in the Cirque Lodge rehab facility in Utah since August.

Ali, along with her mom, brother Coby and father have visited her frequently in Utah.
