Following in Lindsay Lohan’s footsteps. Ali Lohan has started shooting Mostly Ghostly, a film about an 11-year old boy who befriends two ghosts. The movie is based on a book series written by R.L. Stine. According to reports, Ali plays a popular high school senior.

Besides filming the movie, Ali is also recording a new album and has been shooting the upcoming E! reality show Living Lohans with her mother.

Rumors are Ali Lohan may have gotten surgery to get ready for her starring role in a reality tv series, according to several gossip sites. There has been speculation that she may have gotten lip augmentation, along with a hair makeover and some new contacts for the eyes. Judge for yourself.

Dina and Ali Lohan will debut their new reality show this summer, E! announced on Tuesday.

The show, tentatively titled “Living Lohan,” will take viewers inside the Lohans’ Long Island home to follow Dina as she works double duty as mom and manager for Ali’s blossoming singing/acting career.

According to People, Dina and Ali will shoot the next round for their show on March 17 in New York, followed by another two-week stint in Las Vegas, which will show Ali inside the Maloofs’ recording studio at the Palms Hotel and Casino.
